Order Processing:
- We aim to dispatch orders quickly, usually within 1-5 days from the order date, using air mail from Kyiv, Ukraine.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Deliveries generally take 15-25 days. Please note that delivery times may be longer due to national holidays, seasonal peaks, strikes, airline issues, postal system delays, natural or man-made disasters, or pandemic-related restrictions, potentially extending up to 90 days. If your order does not arrive within 90 days, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Tracking:
- After dispatch, we will send you a tracking number and link via email. You can also track your package using national postal services or via 17track.net.
Important Notice:
- Please verify your delivery address in your order confirmation email. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp if there are any errors. If you do not receive a tracking number within three days of your order, please inform us. We encourage customers to actively track and promptly collect their parcels from the post office.
Customs Handling:
- We manage customs paperwork to streamline delivery, sending orders as low-value gifts to minimize customs fees. For EU customers, direct delivery with no customs taxes is available for orders over 2 kg through a direct shipment from an EU company.
Special Shipping Options:
- Tax-free shipping is available for EU customers via dpd.com from Poland, and for customers in Bulgaria via speedy.bg, each taking 15-25 days. Every order includes a special gift as a token of our appreciation.
